We have a 24 hours notice policy with a 100% charge for missed or late cancellations. To ensure that this policy is enforced all new bookings will require a credit card on file. Please also be aware that your insurance only covers treatments received not treatments missed therefore a card is still required even if you use direct billing. Credit cards on file will only be charged within the parameters of the above policy. Please remember that your appointment time is reserved for you if you for any reason cannot make your appointment please be sure to give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid the late cancellation and no show fees.
